Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
- Orders under $70: $8.00 standard shipping.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How your order ships
Bean & Paw works with independent makers and a coffee roaster who ship your items to you directly (some through Shopify Collective), so each item has its own preparation time:
- Ready-made pet items (toys, beds, bowls, collars and accessories) usually leave the maker within a few business days.
- Coffee is roasted to order by our coffee partner in Illinois and usually ships within 2–3 business days.
- Made-to-order items (anything printed with our art) take about 2–7 business days to produce before they ship.
U.S. delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after an item ships. These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy seasons, especially November and December, can add a few days. If we see that your order will be noticeably later, we'll email you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
More than one package
If your order includes items from different makers, they'll arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. You'll get a tracking link by email for each package as it ships.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid, or refund the item price (the original shipping isn't refundable in that case).
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find the package, email support@beanandpaw.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
