At Bean & Paw Coffee Co., our goal is to deliver your coffee fresh, promptly, and with care. Please review the information below for details on how and when your order will ship.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Because our coffee is roasted and prepared to order, processing times help ensure freshness.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, Bean & Paw Coffee Co. ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Shipping Transit Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States (Standard Shipping): Typically 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping location.

From time to time, free or promotional shipping offers may be available and will be clearly displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed, we recommend allowing a few additional days, as carriers may experience unforeseen delays.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@beanandpaw.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Bean & Paw Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
